The Canyon Lake Lodge

The lodge is the centerpiece of the community with many activities taking place at this great facility.  The lodge itself is a large two story building which holds the Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar upstairs, our grand ballroom, and several smaller private rooms downstairs ideally suited for meetings and private events.

From the restaurant and newly upgraded bar area, residents and their guests can enjoy beautiful views of the main lake as they watch skiers, wakeboarders, and pleasure boaters zoom by. 

The lodge area is also home to the community swimming pool, tennis courts and the largest beach in Canyon Lake; Sunset Beach.  There is a short boardwalk at the water's edge that winds around the lodge and makes for some Instagram worthy photo opportunities.

Several community events are held at the lodge, pool, and beach every year including Fiesta Day, The Mermaid Festival, The Car Show, Movie Nights at the Pool, and Taco Tuesdays in the summertime.

The parking lot also serves as parking for cars and golf carts using the beach, tennis courts, and the community marina; Englar's Landing.

There are day docks at the lodge so you can park the boat and walk up to the restaurant or use the facilities if you need to.

The lodge has been a part of Canyon Lake since the community was founded in the '70's and has undergone several remodels to improve it's utility and design for residents.  The most recent remodel includes expansion of the bar and outdoor seating areas, the addition of a wedding arch for that special occasion, and solar shade structures in the parking area.
