The Villas

The Villas are located near the lodge on Canyon Club Drive and have great access to the nearby community tennis courts, swimming pool, and light house restaurant along with all the events held at the lodge throughout the year.  Units range in size with a variety of pool views homes as well as some lake view homes.  Complex amenities include private boat dock, pool and gated entry.  Units all have outdoor carports.

Continental Way Condos

The Continental Cove complex located on Continental Way are town home style units with pool view homes and lake view homes varying in size.  All feature attached garages and some units overlook Indian Beach which is a popular spot in the East Bay.  Some of the boat docks in this complex are covered.  Amenities include private boat dock, and swimming pool.

Yellow Feather Condos

The condos located at the corner of Yellow Feather and Silver Strike in Canyon Lake are located in the east bay in the tranquil waters of Shelter Cove.  These split level units vary in size and all feature enclosed garages and ample parking.  Amenities include shared boat dock, and swimming pool.

Canyon Lake Drive North Condos

Situated at the end of the East Bay this complex enjoys nice views of the peaceful and quiet end of the lake.  Conveniently located near the East Port boat launch, basketball courts, and East Gate, these units are some of the most affordable in the community.  Amenities include private boat dock and swimming pool.

Railroad Canyon Road Condos

While all of these units are located outside the main gates of Canyon Lake, they still enjoy access to all the privileges that the community has to offer.  These garden style units feature enclosed garages and come in a variety of sizes and floor plans.  Amenities include gated entrance and swimming pool.

Important note: all Canyon Lake condos have their own associations in addition to the Canyon Lake master association, so owning one means having two monthly association assessments.
