Tustin - Look no further, I call this guy the "Super Agent".  Here's why.
1)  He just sold our mothers home in Tustin, CA. (she had passed away)  Out of the 5 children, 3 of us have been licensed real estate agents.  For different reasons, none of us wanted to deal with this.  Justin handled everything perfectly, like I knew he would.  All of the brothers and sisters were very happy with everything.

2)  He sold our home in Canyon Lake, CA in 2006 when the market was slipping down.  Buyers were falling out of escrow, but Justin just kept at it.

Wildomar - We decided to put our home on the market and purchase another home this summer and thanks to Justin's efficiency our home was sold in three weeks.  His advertising was as professional as they come with a description and photographs that truly helped envision the home's best features. Justin was also sure to reach as many markets as possible. He kept close tabs on all realtors who showed the house and followed up with each one, and in turn relayed the information to us. This helped us to know that we were on track with the way we were staging the home for a quick and profitable sale.
When we received multiple offers he had valuable advice only an experienced realtor with a strong interest in what was best for his clients could have.  The paperwork was stress free thanks to Justin. He walked through each step and kept the paperwork flowing in the fastest possible manner.
