Well, it was a busy week in the Canyon Lake real estate market.  We always see a little bump in the market around the end of January and early February and this year did not disappoint.  There were several new homes on the market in all the price ranges.  There were also a half dozen homes under contract and a handful of closings.

The highest sale this week was on Chaparral for $553,000 and the lowest sale was a condo on Canyon Lake Drive for $180,000.  There were two new listings over $1 million this week as sellers in that high end waterfront category are out there testing the waters.  Click the links below to see all the details.
