The market in Canyon Lake was typical for the 3rd week of February with fewer closed sales but several homes now under contract. There were five new properties on the market this week, six pending contract, and just three closed sales. There were four downward price adjustments. Nothing unusual to see here as February is typically the slowest month of the year in Canyon Lake.
Should be a quiet weekend in the community for activities given the cooler weather. But the Chamber of Commerce is having it's annual Awards Gala and Installment Dinner Saturday night at 6pm at the lodge. This is a great event that honors Canyon Lake residents that make a difference in the community.
