Well, we got through the slow month of February and now it's time to welcome Spring, hopefully with an uptick in home sales for Canyon Lake.

The last week of February was not much different than the rest of the month except there were several downward price adjustments, probably from sellers who were concerned about the lack of market activity.  There were a total of 15 closed sales in February.  The lowest price sale was a condo at the end of the East Bay that closed at $180,000.  The highest sale was a 4 bedroom home on Vacation Drive at $575,000.

If you're looking for a fun event in the community this weekend, there is a Billy Joel tribute concert at the lodge Saturday night 7-10pm.  It should be a fun event if you're a fan of the "Piano Man".  The Lioness Club is hosting Bingo game at the Senior Center at 1:00.
